From Floor Plans to Show Floors

This month, we’re showcasing one of our incredible Natural Products Expo West exhibits by going behind the scenes to see how it went from an idea to a reality. Whether it’s highlighting a product launch, reconnecting with long-time buyers, or exhibiting for the very first time, creating a booth that feels unique to each brand is the key to Expo West success. 🔑🌴

So Good So You - 8x20 Custom Exhibit Design - NPEW 2026

Our featured exhibit is So Good So You’s 8x20 evergreen brand experience at NPEW 2026. To bring this booth to life, the first step was to understand the brand’s exhibit goals by creating an inspo deck with mood boards and floor plans.

Step 1: Mood Boards, Floor Plans, and Creative Concepting 🎨 💻 💭

So Good So You is a fun, vibrant brand that focuses on its love for the planet and making consumers feel ‘so good’. A brand’s personality, image, and goals are all important aspects of how they show up at NPEW. Whether it’s drawing inspiration from a previous year’s exhibit or directly from the brand’s guidelines, keeping the brand identity in mind is key even in the earliest stages of creative concepting. For this exhibit, we set out to take a brand-forward approach, highlighting the bright colors and products, and drawing attendees into the space.

With a lively, inviting mood board in mind, we created a floor plan with the same vibe. A sampling counter, refrigeration, and meeting table are all key elements that made this exhibit inviting to attendees. Trying a sample from across the counter and meeting in front of the halo-lit logo is exactly what we envisioned for this 8x20 space. An easy flow throughout encouraged product education and curiosity among attendees.

Step 2: From 2D to 3D

Take a walk through the So Good So You rendering! Once aligned on the layout, the real magic begins when a 2D floor plan turns into a 3D rendering. For So Good So You, this meant adding their signature green throughout the counters, return walls, and pony walls, and adding their team’s bright and bold product artwork to the back wall. Before the properties are built, renderings are a great way to get a glimpse of how the final product will look on the show floor.

Step 3: Building & First Looks

Once the renderings and artwork are set, it’s time to build! Our amazing fabrication partners take time to pre-set all exhibits to make sure they go just as planned on show days. Confirming sizing, scale, and ease of setup ensures everything goes smoothly for our labor team and the So Good So You team. 💪✨

Step 4: So Good So You on the Show Floor 🎉💚

Before you know it, the first week of March has arrived! Our show services team makes sure all booth properties are on show site and ready to assemble. Once the booth has been set up and merchandised, it’s ready for the show to begin! Check out these photos of attendees interacting, sampling, and having a great time at the So Good So You booth. It’s always such a special moment to see your brand come to life and to connect with potential buyers, new consumers, or lifelong fans.

Thank you to the So Good So You team for your trust and partnership for your NPEW 2026 exhibit! We loved working with your team and can’t wait to see what we create together next. 💚
