Our Show Services team will place show orders on your behalf. GTC does not bill you direct for these items, we place orders on your credit card supplied to us for the rates that are dictated by the show contractor, including:
Electrical equipment and materials.
Electrical labor.
Drayage (material handling for the warehouse to receive exhibit properties).
Rigging (only for a hanging sign).
Porter service.

Yes! Our office and warehouse are based in Chicago, IL. Our Show Services team will assist in making sure your exhibit properties are shipped to/from our warehouse, or your preferred storage location. Storage at our warehouse is billed on a quarterly basis, exact costs are based on the size & weight of your properties.

No, GTC is not responsible for merchandizing product within an exhibit. However, this can be added upon request at an additional cost based on our availability. Please ask your GTC contact for additional details.

GTC supervision means that a member of our team will be on show site during the install, show days, and dismantle of your exhibit. This team member is there to answer any questions, troubleshoot any issues on-site, and communicate with the show contractor on-site as needed.

No, GTC is open to all different booth, company, and budget sizes. We are always happy to learn more about your project and value engineer as needed to bring your vision to life.
